They buy the most ridiculous things; hippogryphs, unicorns, winged horses, even dragons. If they rule the same way as they train their animals, this regime's gonna collaspe with neglect. They all think that there's not a single person who can stop them, but I imagine they would go off running of they saw me with two Hungarian Horntails behind me. I think they're all a bunch of bumbling, drunken fools who bit off more than they could ever chew; they just don't know it yet. Now, if you would excuse me, I've got a job to do in a hour. Some guy wants me to train his winged horse to jump over fences with his kid on his back."

PERSONALITY
[/font][/b][/color][/font][/center]Hugo, or Elmo as he is called by his closest wards and companions, is very much a bold figure. He loves taking risks and chances and appears not to be afraid of anything. He is more than sure to speak his mind to anyone he pleases, even the most staugh and proper of purebloods. He is not worried about losing his job as a result of his mouth, simply because he knows he is the best at what he does. Hugo is confident, but around those he considers his 'equals' he is modest and insists for them not to make a big deal out of the dragon doing flips outside. A gentle man to the core, this beast is nothing more than a teddy bear and lavishes in being comfortable and happy. He adores children and is more than willing to babysit, even if that means those children will be riding on the backs of dragons under his care, and has a soft spot for kind and elegant women. He is not looking for love, however; his occupation means that he could die at any moment, and doesn't want to put someone through that sort of pain. His ideas of a good time conflict; it could either be sitting in his home in Windermere with his two dogs by the fireplace napping, or it could be apparating to Sweden to capture and tag a Swedish Shortsnout for scientific research. This is a man with a tough and bold outer shell, but a soft and pliable center. He never seems to run out of energy and is constantly on the move looking for his next great adventure. He is a self-reliant man and doesn't like asking others for help. However, he knows when a job is too difficult for him and has a close circle of friends who are more than willing assist him.

[/font][/b][/color][/font][/center]Being a large animal handler, Hugo has to be fit and well-muscled to keep his charges under control. Standing at six feet tall exactly and weighing around one hundred and sixty pounds, he is a mass of solid muscle more than ready to take these bloodsnob's beast under his wing. He has a slightly tanned skintone; being Nordic, Hungarian, and British in ancestry means that he is not apt to tanning very well. He has a relatively long face with calm, blue eyes, characteristic bushy eyebrows, and a smile plastered on at all times. His facial hair changes throughout the year, it being thicker and longer as summer turns to autumn and winter and thinning out in spring and back to summer. He normally doesn't like to shave, but will if he has to. Brown hair covers the top of his head in a messy fashion, and he likes it that way. He is a casual dresser, despising suits and ties and would much rather opt for jeans and a t-shirt for any occasion; they are is normal attire. When at work with dragons or other creatures, he always wears his leather fire-proof trench, a set of dragonhide gloves, and fire retardant boots, all enchanted by him to improve their strength.
