I think it is only right that Voldemort and his Dark Queen *points to self* need to have a house that is above all others. 
*laughs maniacally* Anyways here is what I was thinking.
Riddle Manor
Description: This mansion belongs to none other than the Dark Lord himself and his proclaimed queen. It is a dark and desolate place to anyone who is not a Death Eater. It also just so happens to be the same home that little Tom Riddle murdered his father and grandparents in. The house has been moved to the elite neighborhood, Wiltshire, and has been placed upon the highest hill in all of London so that Lord Voldemort can watch over his flock.
