PERSONAL STYLE: Daphne tends to dress more professional when working as a professor. The proper teaching robes but does lean toward the more form fitting tight clothes when she isn't working. Another style of her is dresses or more expensive designer outfits.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Daphne has a dirty blonde look with her hair that at times can be a bit messy on rainy days where she prefers to stay inside and only takes a simple brush to it. But on more proper occasions to where she goes out or dinner parties is when she curls her hair and fashions it. She doesn't have long locks of her but it does reach to the point of just under her shoulders. Another feature of her body that she admires is her chocolate brown eyes. Often said to be the window to her soul. If she is upset or happy it's often shown in her eyes and gives her away quite quickly. Whether it goes to the sorrowful look in them or the twinkle in her eye when she's happy.
Although Daphne is not a working out, get down and sweaty type of a girl, she is quite active to make up for it. Whether she's cleaning her Victorian home or taking walks in the garden and around the lake. From her active lifestyle to the body type inherited from her parents leads to her more slender and toned body shape. Another thing that is taken from her outdoors love is her light tan color to her smooth and soft skin. But underneath those layers are the faint scar lines that appear on some parts of her body from her childhood.

BIOGRAPHY: Daphne Liliana Greengrass was born January 18th on a beautiful winter night. Perhaps it was the reason why she has grown fond of the winter air throughout her lifetime. Being the first to be bore she was spoiled during her birth and into her childhood. As a Pureblood family their family had riches and enough to keep the lifestyle they held. As she began to walk and talk and wobble her way into their hearts had her younger sister arrived onto the scene, Astoria.
Daphne had grown very accepting of the new bundle of joy although part of her was jealous. A very small part of her however, that some of that attention had shifted to the baby girl in diapers. But that's a memory that's long since left her mind and locked away into the vault. Growing up she was never crazy about Qudditch and flying due to having no male influence in her life to influence and shape her into any shape of a tom boy. Instead she was quite the opposite. As soon as she had been old enough, perhaps around the age of five, had her mother dressed her in sun dresses and ribbons in her hair.
She was taught proper etiquette and small tea parties with her mother and a few of her friends. It brought out the mature side she has today. Although part of her longed to actually have a childhood. To be able to frolic in the gardens and get a little dirty. Which at times and later in life she managed to achieve that same goal. When she was eight she would often sneak out while her mother was being entertained by dinner guests and move through the frozen bushes, blooming flowers, rain soaked lilacs, depending on the season, and dance her way around them. It was her fresh of breath air and release to her life.
One thing that reigned throughout her life was the rivalry between her sister and herself. Although not quite known or obvious it still laid there within their veins. But she never let it get to their friendship and the beauty that she saw in her sister. But it came time to where she would need to leave her home and get an education, Hogwarts. Riding the train to Hogwarts was uneventful but a change of pace for her. It was another fresh breath of air and something that would put her independence to the test.
But that didn't take too long as she quickly made friends among the other purebloods and students like her. Her sorting had gone smoothly and the hat had barely sat on her head before it screamed, 'SLYTHERIN.' But unlike the typical Slytherin she didn't have a taste for potions. She wasn't totally bad at it, but the aroma was to much for her sometimes. That and well, it wasn't exactly her forte. But she did enough and sometimes manipulated her partner into working on most of their potions.
Daphne barely slipped by that class but the fact that she had been a Slytherin certainly helped greatly. Her years went fairly uneventful but she had her own story unlike the ones most known around Hogwarts at that time. She grew to be quite popular within her house and often hung around Pansy Parkinson's group. When her sister finally joined her she had been more comfortable. She had a piece of her home with her. And an extra plus had been the year space provided less competition for them. That and she had already made her mark upon the house and students there. There was no worries.
One thing she grew somewhat fond of but not very well encouraged within her family was Divination. It was something she had a knack for even if the professor teaching it at that moment was not so great and frankly a little crazy. But the turning point had been during her Sixth Year. It was the year that everyone knew had to come to an end after so many events of going ons. The day that Voldemort had taken over the school so to say.
After that things became much more smoother for Purebloods and Slytherins and the year she was able to focus on her own school work. The Seventh Year marked a new era however when Voldemort had finally defeated Harry. It caused some relief to her and she had hoped that would be the final straw to troubles of worries about death to her family. Graduating from Hogwarts brought on a new era for herself as well. Something she could put in her past and start new.
One thing she knew she wanted to do was be a photographer. It was something she wanted to try taking up since she did see beauty in gardens and flowers she figured she could see beauty in other things. But she didn't do it full time but instead part time and was hired by the Daily Prophet along with a few other magazines. Her photographs over time had taken quite a bit of years but eventually became more and more famous and she had even gotten a few awards. Although she knows her years and time is winding down and she's focusing more on her personal life at this time as well as trying to keep her new found love of photographs at premiere events.

Narcissa had much on her mind as she walked the halls of the Malfoy Manor. Lucius had probably been locked away in his Studies. Which of course she never minded. Memories flooded her mind as she smiled thinking back to the many dates much less the first date they had back when they were just kids. Draco's age even. They had been faithful to each other all these years. And over the years nothing had changed with them. Sometimes however she wished the manor was just a bit more smaller. Less lonely that way.
She hadn't even seen Draco that much over the past month and that worried her. Had she done anything wrong? Or was he simply busy. Narcissa didn't think so. Maybe she cared to much but he was her only son. Her only child. Maybe, just maybe when he was an adult and left the manor she would try for another child. One that would want and need her love and care. so she could feel complete again. Maybe she had an addiction and a problem of caring to much. But only to her family. She loved her husband and son with all her heart. And if something had happened to either, or even her sister she would be wrecked. Depressed even. It could easily have gone that way. And maybe that was why she did what she did. Felt as she felt. But it was all out of love. Letting out a deep even breath her eyes glanced to the many paintings that lined the rich wallpaper.
Since the more intense rise of the Dark Lord, so has the leadership of Lucius in the Dark Lord's circle things have gotten more dangerous. And soon her only child. Her only son would be dragged into the mess. Her worries in-tensed then. Sometimes she worried about Draco. Even more now that things have grown more intense and the Dark Lord wanting Draco into the ranks. Maybe just maybe if he asked her she would try and calm down. But she would try and rid herself of her problem. Try not to smother him but she would seek out a friend of his to watch over him. To help him. Although she was no inner circle Death Eater she still bared the mark on her forearm. That was now covered with her silk black robes.
Draco, the thought made her sigh softly. But Lucius had raised Draco well. He had grown up to be not-so-little-anymore son. Slytherin, Pureblood in his blood, and upcoming Death Eater. It wouldn't be long before he was an adult. When he was no longer her little boy. The thought also made her frown lightly. Maybe, just maybe a baby in the future would help replace the emptiness she felt inside at the moment. She knew she had to stop thinking about things like this before she would drive herself up the wall. Her mind was almost always going like clock work.
Cissa's long blonde hair was set in curls resting on her shoulders and chest. Her heels clicked lightly on the marble floors as she could hear faint music. At first she had figured that the House Elves had decided to put something decent on for once. But later as she would get closer she would find the true source. But until then she simply walked the halls of the large manor. It was the evening time and just a few hours past dinner. Dinner was almost the only time she got to see her family. And even then all was to hear was the forks and sthingys scrapping against the plate. Sometimes it was better to fix things when you met with the person alone. Without distractions or people to influence them. This was one of those times that she had wished for that.
Her heels continued to click against the marble floor as the sound of the music was only getting closer. Now she was very curious if that was simply one of the charms that the elf had set on the house or another source. As she found her way to the large grand room her eyes set on the young adult in the room. His blond hair was hard to miss as a smile tugged at her lips. Leaning against the frame of the door that entered into the room. She didn't say anything for a while as Draco played on the piano. It was almost like nothing she had heard before. It was simply beautiful. Leaning her head on the door drama as well letting her arms cross over her chest, "Now, why don't you play like that more often for me." She said glancing across the room. Narcissa had heard him play but not lately. And certainly not in the past few months. She was clearly impressed and it showed well on her face.
