It's been almost ten years since Voldemort has risen to power, defeating Harry Potter once and for all in the Battle for Hogwarts. The transition from representative democracy to dictatorship hasn't been a smooth one, but it seems at last things are shaping up and filling out- it's becoming the exact vision the Death Eaters had so long ago.[/size][/font]
Hogwarts has been transformed into a terrifying place; Death Eaters for teachers, and the Dark Arts involved in almost every class. Students are taught to hate muggles and anything and one considered impure. They are given the tools to hunt these filthy creatures down and kill them if the need ever arises. Some students rebel, though these rebellions are hushed almost immediately.
There is an ever growing line between those living in poverty and those living in hill top mansions- almost none can claim they are "middle class" now a days, and the lucky few that can are nearly working themselves to death to provide this title for their families.
Even if there is only a vestige of calm in the air, it is an improvement. They say, though, that the calm always comes before the storm, and tensions are surely rising among the witches and wizards.
