EYE COLOUR: Blue.
HEIGHT: 5'8".
WEIGHT: 157 lbs.
BODY TYPE: Narcissa is a woman through and through—curves in all of the right places and a very seductive air, even though she seems so innocent. While on up in age, she still holds that youthful appearance.
VOICE: As any pureblood raised correctly would be, Narcissa is elegant in her speech, although her tone does seem to take on a snotty, aloof air to it when she speaks to those she deems "lower" than herself (which is nearly everyone). Her voice is neither high-pitched or low-pitched but a comfortable medium. It can be soothing and kind one moment but have a venomous bite the next.
PERSONAL STYLE: Perfection is the only word that can sum up Narcissa Malfoy. Dressed to impress every day, with her perfect hair and perfect clothing and perfect family, she is the envy of nearly every wizarding family that is still well-off, for not only did Narcissa marry well in life, but her personal ties to the Dark Lord are close and many fear the wrath of what seems to be a demure witch. Respect is given no matter what and few ever wish to dispute with the woman. Not only do they fear the angur they may incur from her husband or beloved sister, but they also fear what may happen if her own anger is roused. None know what she is truly capable of and none wish to know.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The name Narcissa Malfoy can make a house elf cringe, solely because the beautiful witch comes from the Black line. However, unlike most of her relatives, Narcissa is not quite as cruel, at least not until she needs to be. She was always the one attempting to temper her eldest sister's cruelty and keep her sanity in check, since it seemed her middle sibling was set on pushing Bella's buttons as often as possible. The level-headed one, Narcissa is the type to blend in with the shadows, unknown to the world around her. However, this makes her deadly, for she is an excellent observer and can be quite cunning when the need arises. Her family never saw this attribute in her, but her rise and her husband's rise to the top could possibly be because of her cunning.
However, there is also a tender side to the Malfoy woman. This side was shown throughout Draco's younger years, and even now. She loves her son and husband dearly, and only they see the sweet and tender Narcissa now. Bellatrix has been pushed to her own limits, and there is only a faint hope of Narcissa ever truly tempering her sister's insanity. Family, as it should with every pureblood household, means everything and through the years Narcissa has grown closer to her oldest sister, even though they lack common grounds. Cissy is not an open book by any means although she seems to be, and it is quite hard to get close to the woman, especially in such trying times.

CHARACTER DISLIKES: The majority of the wizarding community. Muggleborns. Mudbloods. Traitors. Most of her family members.
GOALS: To be the best housewife she can be. What else is there to accomplish when the world has been given to you on a silver platter?
BOGGART: Draco being with/kissing/anything with a muggle or blood traitor. With Andromeda and Sirius both being blood traitors, her greatest fear is to lose her own son to the same shame. Every day she dwells in her past, wondering if there was something that could have been done to keep such a thing arising in her family. Two blows is hard enough to deal with. A third could be deadly.
PATRONUS: The best memory for Narcissa Malfoy has to be a tie between the day of her wedding and the birth of her son. Both are memories that she relishes in and give her power to survive. Her love for Lucius on their wedding day is what makes the memory so powerful, and the feeling of elation she had during that splendid time. Nothing ruined that day and nothing will tarnish those memories.
Draco's birth also brings her a feeling of elation and joy. What mother would not be excited about the birth of their first child, especially if their first child (and only) was a son? Not only was she a mother now but she would also be able to pass on the traditions and values of her family and Lucius' to the boy and raise him correctly. In her arms she held her future and from the moment she had laid eyes on him she had loved him without question.
DEMENTOR: As Bellatrix, Narcissa's worst memory would be the night that Andromeda was disowned and blasted from the family tree. It was a dark mark in the past of the Black family and it brought hard times and much pressure on the two sisters. Andromeda had given up her rights as a pureblood from a pure, high-standing family and settled for a filthy muggle. It was a disgrace and it broke Narcissa's heart. She loved Andromeda dearly, but that night had sealed their fates forever. She was a sister no more.
AMORENTIA: Freshly brewed tea. Being a home-maker, Narcissa has a fondness for tea, and freshly brewed tea just calms her nerves and gives her a sense of comfort. Before the disgraceful events happened, she would enjoy a cup with her mother and Andromeda, and sometimes Bellatrix, and listen as Druella schooled them in the way of being a "proper pureblood wife."
Clean laundry. Even though she is pureblood and a housewife, Narcissa does not trust the house elves with some of the more hands-on chores of the home, such as laundry. She doubts their own cleanliness when doing the chores and would prefer to clean her clothing herself, and she takes much pride in doing it and having clean laundry as well as proving she's not just a "sit around all day" type housewife.
Field of wildflowers. Narcissa's escape from some of the more troublesome times at home would be some fields near Black Manor. The wildflowers there were brilliant when blooming and their scent was intoxicating.
Rain. While most consider Narcissa to loathe being outside, she enjoys a good rain and will spend hours out in the downpour if she is able to. The memories attached to rain are always fond for Narcissa, as well.
BASIC PERSONALITY: Loyal. Motherly. Perfection. Vain. Traditional. Family-oriented. Faithful. Manipulative. Pure. Subtle.

OTHER: Lucius Malfoy - Husband. Draco Malfoy - Son. Nymphadora Tonks - Niece, disowned.
BLOOD STATUS: Pureblood
HOMETOWN: Wilthshire, London.
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Black Manor.
BIOGRAPHY: Narcissa Black was born on April 30th, the third and final child that Druella Black would bear. They had tried in vain for a son, and wound up with three daughters instead. As each sister before her, Narcissa was a complete and total opposite in every respect. Quiet, pale, and bright-eyed, she was a welcomed reprieve from the squabbling children they had. Born into one of the oldest pureblood families, Narcissa's fate was sealed before she was able to walk or talk. Unlike some family members, however, Narcissa would not fight this fate. She would merely accept it for what it was and use it to her advantage.
Upon her eleventh birthday, Narcissa went to Hogwarts, as had all of her ancestors, and was also sorted into Slytherin, as everyone else was. She excelled in school, all the while playing the mediator between Bellatrix and Andromeda so no large-scale duels would break out, and vainly tried to keep to herself while plotting out what would be her future. She had her eyes on a few select pureblood males who would be eligible to court and possibly wed her, but in school she was slightly mousy. It was not until her seventh year that she filled out her form and would blossom into the woman she is today. And in her seventh year, the pureblood males who were capable of courting Narcissa finally began to notice her, since Bellatrix and Andromeda were now gone. Their attention could finally focus on Narcissa and she would not be shoved out of the limelight by her dearest sisters.
While her school plans had not worked out like she wanted, Narcissa did marry into a very wealthy pureblood family. Lucius Malfoy was her chosen one, and she is wholly devoted to the man, utterly in love with him. With Andromeda marrying Ted Tonks, it was a blow to the Black family name, but Narcissa's marriage to Lucius saved the family from too much disgrace. Unlike Bellatrix, who rebelled against all societal conventions of a housewife, Narcissa knew her place in the wizarding society, and she played the role of the housewife perfectly, as well as a consort in the planning of Lucius' uprise in the wizarding world. Her role as a mediator came in handy with her husband, keeping him from making too brash of a decision too quick. His rise in power led to her rise in power as well amongst the pureblood women.
Narcissa bore Lucius one son, Draco, who she utterly loved and adored as much as she did her own husband. Draco was her pride and joy, and she was protective of her only son, having a say in every decision that was made in his life. She even spoiled him further once he was in school, and made certain that he was well taken care of. Draco is one of the few who has probably ever seen his mother cry, as well, since he was there when his father was placed into Azkaban.
Pushed beyond her limits during her lifetime, Narcissa has done things which would cost her her life at the hand of the Dark Lord if he knew of her decisions and actions. However, family means everything, and Narcissa did what she had to do to protect those she loved. With the rise of the pureblood society, Narcissa has lived a leisurely life, making appearances when need be and doing what is expected of her. The battle had been taxing on her entire family, and they had all needed a break. Now they have it, but how long will peace truly last?

RP SAMPLE:
Picture of perfection. If people only knew how hard it was for Narcissa to always be perfect in society's eyes. Day in and day out she had to be dressed just so, and not a hair could be out of place. The witch did not know how normal people could survive without magic. If she was not able to use her magic to keep her hair perfect, she'd go insane. Her clothing was a different story all together. Every stitch had to be properly done and the fabric had to fit her body so-so or else she would demand her money back and go to the next store that would cater to her needs. Everyone feared Narcissa Malfoy when she came into their shops, because they knew she was a nit-picky woman who could never seemingly be pleased with anything given to her. Such was the life of a pureblood. Especially one descended from the Black lineage and married into the Malfoy line. Nothing was good enough for Narcissa. Nothing.
The only thing that was good enough for Narcissa, besides her husband, was her home. And that did not consist of Malfoy Manor, either. Black Manor was her home, and it was the only place that seemed to bring comfort to the poor woman's crazy world. There were so many memories in that mansion. So many good ones, and so many bad ones. But nothing could ever replace the comfort she felt as she settled down at her window and gazed out over the expansive property, letting her mind wander down paths that she had not retraced in years. Recalling Christmastime, the balls and parties her parents would throw, the many courtiers who tried to make their way into her room and always failed. Oh yes, the memories that Black Manor held were very pleasant for Narcissa Malfoy, and it was one reason why the place was never sold. She could not let this place escape from the family, and deep down she knew Bellatrix could not either.
So why was it Narcissa was at Black Manor that day? Simple, really. She knew someone else was there as well. The house elves were informed to keep her well-informed of the upkeep of Black Manor and if anyone dared visit the premises. So she word had been sent that someone was inside, although no name was mentioned. Narcissa found it odd that some family member decided to pay a visit, and she was curious to figure out just how it was, exactly. No one visited the Black Manor anymore, except her of course. And Narcissa was under the belief that Bellatrix was far too busy to visit the Manor now since she was Headmistress of Hogwarts and Voldemort's lover. Besides, her sister was beyond needing to come home. She could go anywhere she pleased now, so why would she choose to visit the place that housed her in her younger years when she was not off causing trouble at Hogwarts?
Instead of apparating directly inside, and scaring off whoever was inside Black Manor, Narcissa had appeared outside of the dwelling, looking up at the expansive manor before her with a fond smile. One gloved hand opened up the door, heels carrying her into the foyer and the hood of her cloak being removed to reveal a perfect updo of blonde locks and a very cautious expression. Her hand nestled on the handle of her wand as she moved forward, and the sound of the house elf immediately appearing only made her gaze downwards briefly, that look sending the thing fleeing away from her without a word spoken. Of course, the moment her gaze moved into the seating area where her parents portraits were, Narcissa's grip relaxed and she smiled. The shoes alone told her who it was.
"So, what brings you back home, Bella?" Her voice was calm, gentle, and her steps were easy as she moved where her sister was, removing her cloak and looking to the portraits only briefly before settling down on the edge of a chair directly in front of her sister. As per usual, even though no one of importance or someone she needed to impress was around, Narcissa crossed her legs as was proper of a lady of her status and kept her posture straight, looking over her darling sister. She looked much better now. Perhaps she had the same reasons Narcissa did for being here. Perhaps she missed home at times as well and just needed the comfort of home to soothe her soul.
