This is Alexandra Fey Harper, known as Zan by her friends, and Harper by her employees...and enemies. And...she needs people! She's a halfblood, and thus viewed as lowly by the purebloods. In return, she hates their arrogance and hubris. She owns a magical pet shop in Knockturn Alley, and lives above her shop. She is rough and inelegant, but she's okay with that.

Help me through the hopeless haze

Though Zan doesn't trust many others, she does make a few friends. She doesn't like purebloods, but only if they think they're above her. Those who have been outcasted because they aren't arrogant, or other impurities, can find shelter in her shop. Though she isn't much of a mother figure to them, she'll give them a job and won't ask questions about their bloodline. She's willing to make other friends, it just takes time.

Naturally, Zan has a lot of enemies, mostly purebloods. They hate each other, them because she's an impurity, and her because they think their superior. She's also been known to have a short temper and employ sarcasm to its fullest extent, making more enemies than a young lady should.

I'm in love with my own sins

Zan has never actively searched for love. She loves life, and spends it making sure that she doesn't die. Any boyfriend of hers would have to be willing to accept that she is not a warm and fuzzy person, and would have to deal with it.

So, any takers? Post plot ideas, or I'll try to come up with some of my own *gasp*

Draco seems like he'd pretty much be an enemy of hers, and one that would show up at her store just to bully her and talk loudly about how her pets are all second rate.

Oh yes, definitely! She'd probably even know about Draco, because his family his so famous (or more, infamous) to everybody, even the impurites. And if he showed up at her store, she couldn't try to hurt him or anything, because she has to set an example for her employees, plus it is very unprofessional to try to kill customers

I think both of my characters Linda and Rabastan would dislike Zan because of her blood status. However, I'm not sure if you want to post with either of them. Let me know, if you do. <3

Uh....dunno about Linda, just because she's a student, and Zan wouldn't be bothered much by a kid. However, I can see her and Rab being all "GRR!," which could be fun

Yes, I think Rab/Zan would be pretty fun. From what I've seen she can be pretty snarky and so can Rab.

So how should we do this? Since Rab is such a snob, would be be walking around Knockturn or Diagon Alley? I want Zan to get out of her shop, so not there XD Can you think of a place and situation where they can try to kill each other?

Ha ha, he could be found at either or. He doesn't need much of an excuse to walk about flaunting how great he is to the whole world. As for the latter, if it were some situation where they were forced to play nice i.e. there are witnesses or for some reason they're at some event where they'd be forced to be civil to one another? Ha ha. I dunno. ^___^
