As with all contests, there are rules to be followed - which are...
1) We are nominating characters not players. All female characters are eligible to be part of this contest provided they have posted one in character post (or more) over the month they are nominated for.
For Example, an acceptable nomination would be as such:

2) All voters can only vote once. Even if you have more than one character, you can only cast a single vote.
For example:
Anyone found to be casting more votes than they should will be banned for a period of time - this is currently awaiting Admin discussion as to how long this banning period will be.
3) A week before the polls go up, there will be a thread for people to add names that you think we have missed on our initial "poll list". The admin will do their best to make a note of each active account there has been over the month, but that can be difficult when there are a number of you. Let us know via that thread if you feel we have missed people.

An unacceptable nomination would be something like this:

Mary Sue is nominated for the October "Female of the Month" contest. She posted 24 times on the forums in October, but none of the posts were in character.
